About the Internship

About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and committed female candidate to take complete ownership of our Course and other business initiatives related to strategy creation and software automation.
This is a multitasking, on-ground role that blends marketing, lead conversion, client coordination, and webinar management. You will work closely with the MD and play a vital role in achieving business targets and driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Enrolments: Talk to interested leads, explain offerings, follow up, and close enrollments.
Social Media Promotion: Prepare content, coordinate creatives, and post actively on Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Webinar Execution: Schedule, promote, and manage webinars and Zoom events.
Marketing Material Creation: Assist in preparing presentations, course decks, PDFs, and communication content.
Team Coordination: Work with trainers, resellers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Strategy & Software Promotions: Actively support promotion of Algoji’s trading strategies and automation services.
Follow-ups & Reporting: Maintain lead tracking sheets, update follow-up status, and submit daily/weekly reports.

Eligibility & Requirements
Must Have: Personal laptop and smartphone
Stable internet connection at home (for occasional WFH or online webinars)
Strong verbal & written communication in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of tools like Zoom, Google Sheets, Canva
Preferred: Female candidates with high ownership mindset
Background in edtech, fintech, or digital sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Social media-friendly and marketing-savvy mindset
