About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Lead Management: Handle and qualify leads generated through digital campaigns, workshops, and referrals.
2. Student Counselling: Conduct calls, WhatsApp, and email communication to guide learners on program details.
3. Sales Conversion: Explain curriculum, projects, and placement support; resolve objections; assist in enrollment & payment.
4. Relationship Building: Maintain accurate lead data in CRM, follow up with warm prospects, and ensure smooth onboarding.
5. Target Achievement: Work towards weekly/monthly sales and counselling targets with mentorship support.
