About the Internship
We're looking for motivated and creative students to join Peping, a growing beverage brand on a mission to bring the healthiest beverages to people. If you're excited about entrepreneurship, love talking to people, and want hands-on experience building something real, this role is for you.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1)Learn & Improve the Sales Game-Get an inside look at how sales really work. Talk to the customers in real time, pitch our products, shape the perception of our brand. Your ideas will directly shape how we hit our goals now and in the future
2)Be the face of Peping brand-You’ll help manage our kiosks in-store—making sure everything runs smoothly and customers are loving the experience
3)Turn Real Feedback into Action-Chat with customers, gather honest feedback, and help turn those insights into better products and experiences.

Stipend
Rs 1200/- for a weekend (12-13 hours) + incentives: 20% of the overall sales you drive

1. Assess and understand the sales process of Peping to meet both short-term and assist in long-term sales goals.
2. Collaborate closely with the founders to identify customer needs, provide insights to enhance the product portfolio, and develop a marketing strategy based on interactions and feedback.
3. Work on onboarding supermarkets, managing kiosks for Peping in these supermarkets.
