About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Customer calling & assistance:
1. Call Udaipur-based leads who have already shown interest in ordering groceries from Dayzor.
2. Understand their challenges (not tech-savvy, confusion about ordering, minimum order policy, or delivery timelines).
3. Convince and guide them to place orders confidently with Dayzor.
4. For customers who prefer, lodge orders on their behalf through the Dayzor website.
B. Customer education & relationship building:
1. Clearly explain Dayzor’s policies (minimum order value, delivery within the same day or 24 hours, etc.).
2. Build trust by resolving doubts and assisting with smooth onboarding.
3. Ensure every call is polite, professional, and customer-friendly.
4. WhatsApp Engagement & Marketing
5. Use the official Dayzor WhatsApp account (provided by the company) to communicate with customers.
6. Share new offers, promotions, and updates regularly.
7. Encourage customers to save Dayzor’s number (to ensure they receive broadcasts).
8. Invite them to join the official Dayzor WhatsApp channel for exclusive updates.
C. Tools & support:
1. No need to worry about using your personal number. We will either provide a company SIM card or a CRM solution (at company cost) to ensure your personal number is not made public.
2. Access to Dayzor’s WhatsApp Business account will be provided for communication.
D. Reporting & feedback:
1. Maintain simple records of calls, customer queries, and orders generated.
2. Share feedback and suggestions to improve Dayzor’s customer experience.
