About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Client Pitching
- Identify leads through market research
- Join sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Assist in creating pitch decks and proposals
- Communicate product/service value to prospects
2. Relationship Building
- Understand client needs through regular interaction
- Maintain long-term relationships with follow-ups
- Track feedback to improve engagement
3. Client Servicing & Support
- Assist in managing client accounts and service delivery
- Handle queries and coordinate with internal teams
- Support onboarding and post-sales communication
4. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Identify new partnerships and business prospects
- Update CRM with client and lead data
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach and feedback
- Track KPIs and suggest improvements
6. Administrative & Team Support
- Participate in team meetings and planning
- Support senior members in daily tasks
- Maintain client records and documentation
