About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
1. Reach out to interior designers & architects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Introduce Hammer Infotech’s marketing services.
3. Qualify leads (budget, business size, decision-maker, interest).
B. Appointment Setting
1. Convert interested prospects into booked consultations with the founder/sales head.
2. Maintain a follow-up pipeline for unresponsive leads.
C. Sales Support & Co-Closing
1. Join consultation calls to observe and learn the sales process.
2. Take notes and handle lighter objections under guidance.
D. CRM & Reporting
1. Maintain records of calls, leads, and status updates in a tracking sheet/CRM.
2. Provide weekly progress reports on leads contacted, appointments booked, and deals closed.
