2. Following up with interested prospects to explain products/services and address queries.
3. Maintaining a call log and updating lead status regularly in the CRM system.
4. Assisting in lead generation and qualification through cold calling.
5. Coordinating with the sales and business development team for a smooth handover of qualified leads.
6. Building rapport with clients to support relationship management and sales conversion.
7. Gathering feedback from calls and reporting key insights to the team.
