Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, chat, or phone.
2. Start conversations, build interest, and identify qualified prospects.
3. Understand and communicate our services in marketing and talent acquisition.
4. Pass warm leads to the internal team for follow-up and conversion.
5. Keep accurate records of interactions using simple CRM or tracking tools.
6. Collaborate with leadership to test outreach strategies and messaging.
7. Follow up consistently and professionally to maintain interest and engagement.
