About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Interact with students and corporate clients via WhatsApp and calls to understand travel requirements.
2. Ask clarifying questions about airline preference, baggage needs, and travel dates.
3. Share the best fare options by comparing across multiple portals/vendors.
4. Explain Hopspot’s zero-convenience service and guide clients through the booking process.
5. Handle negotiations with clients (matching competitor prices or offering niche add-ons).
6. Coordinate with vendors to get the cheapest/most suitable fares.
7. Prepare and maintain MIS reports of daily bookings, inquiries, and client interactions.
8. End-to-end responsibility for booking tickets, ensuring smooth closure.
9. Work on both independent tasks and under the manager's supervision.
10. Occasionally work from the office (hybrid mode) for training, monitoring, and team sync.
