CAD Design Internship in Delhi at Advit Ventures

About the Internship

We are seeking a talented CAD Design intern to join our team at Advit Ventures! If you have a passion for design and a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Google SketchUp, then this position is perfect for you. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of CAD design.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with our design team to create 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Google SketchUp.
2. Assist in the development of technical drawings and blueprints for various projects.
3. Help in the design and modification of products and structures based on client specifications.
4. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on improvements and enhancements.
5. Conduct research on new design trends and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
6. Support the team in preparing presentations and visual aids for client meetings and project proposals.
7. Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Technical Proficiency

1. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, PVSyst, and MS Excel for solar design.
2. Familiarity with solar inverters, power cables, switchgear, transformers, and protection devices.
3. Experience in DC & AC side electrical layout and handling site constraints.
4. Knowledge of civil and structural aspects for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Analytical & Problem-Solving

1. Ability to perform load calculations, yield assessments, and energy simulations.
2. Skilled in troubleshooting installation and performance issues.
3. Strong understanding of solar project management processes.

Soft Skills

1. Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
2. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
3. Strong time management to ensure timely project delivery.
