About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:As a Call Executive Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth order flow. You will directly contribute to operations by managing order confirmation calls and handling NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management, which helps reduce order returns and cancellations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Order Confirmation: Call customers to verify and confirm orders, delivery addresses, and resolve queries.
1. NDR Management: Contact customers for undelivered/return-marked orders, identify issues, and coordinate with logistics for resolution.
2. Customer Interaction: Communicate in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner.
3. Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups until issues are resolved.
4. Data Management: Record customer feedback and maintain proper call logs/reports.
5. Coordination: Share customer insights with the operations and brand teams to improve processes.
High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or given preference for other departments within the company.
