It has carved new paths for 15,000+ passionate interns, shaping not only their resumes but also their purpose.Here, we don’t just nurture leaders — we ignite trailblazers, arming them with the audacity to create social change through empathy, grassroots action, and persuasive influence. As part of this Collective, you’ll develop the most sought-after yet unconventional skills — narrative-building, campaign ideation, strategic thinking, and people mobilization — the essential arsenal of a 21st-century changemaker.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Initiate and lead on-ground or digital campaigns supporting our cause
2. Engage with diverse communities to drive awareness and participation
3. Coordinate with other interns to amplify collective impact
4. Experiment with new formats to spread messages (events, reels, blogs, etc.)
5. Serve as a voice for the voiceless — our strays — through public outreach
