About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CRM Intern to join our team. 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and requirements.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects, aligning with client expectations.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Analyze client data and feedback to highlight trends and recommend improvements in service offerings.
5. Assist in creating and executing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
6. Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue insights for senior management.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationship management processes.
