Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting clients with resolving issues related to email, Outlook, and other desktop software or system problems.
2. Occasionally providing on-site support at client offices (with travel expenses reimbursed).
3. Offering out-of-hours technical assistance when needed to ensure business continuity.
4. Committing to a long-term engagement ideally covering a 2-year internship tenure.
5. Providing dependable participant support, quickly learning software, and building trust in client interactions.
6. Possessing strong computer skills and a knack for troubleshooting desktops, email systems, and operating systems.
7. Extra work related to SEO occasionally.
