About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Executive Support: Assist in managing the founders’ schedules, including coordinating meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for partnership engagements and Web3 events.
2. Partnership Communication: Support communication efforts with investment firms, strategic partners, and portfolio companies on behalf of the founders, including drafting emails, preparing meeting materials, and following up on action items.
3. Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams, particularly project managers, to ensure alignment on partnership goals, project timelines, and deliverables, facilitating smooth information flow.
4. Industry Research: Compile daily updates on Web3 industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news, presenting concise insights to the founders to inform strategic decisions.
5. Event Representation: Represent SIG Labs at select domestic and international Web3 events, conferences, or networking sessions, acting as a professional ambassador to build relationships and promote the company’s mission.
6. Travel Support: Assist in coordinating travel logistics for the founders and yourself for Web3 events, ensuring seamless itineraries and expense tracking, with a willingness to travel as needed.
7. Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records of communications, partnership progress, and event details, handling sensitive information with discretion.
