About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Managing our Instagram page - creating real, authentic, and engaging content that reflects our brand values
2. Hosting and moderating our live events and discussion rooms - ensuring conversations are vibrant, inclusive, and engaging
3. Creating short, clear 'How-to' videos and guides to help users navigate different apps confidently
4. Talking to users, collecting feedback, and ensuring they feel heard and supported
5. Planning and executing innovative content ideas for social media growth and engagement
6. Assisting with marketing and sales support - follow-ups, campaign support, WhatsApp/email outreach, and growth ideas
7. Handling ad hoc operational tasks that contribute to the day-to-day and strategic growth of Sangg
8. Representing the heart of Sangg's mission in every interaction
9. Editing videos for marketing, events, and social media and creating social media ad creatives that are visually appealing and authentic
