About the Internship
As a fantasy community management intern, you’ll be the bridge between Pocket FM and our passionate writer community.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Writer engagement: Connect with budding writers through calls, WhatsApp, and community channels. Build strong relationships and keep them motivated
2. Contest participation Drive: Pitch our ongoing fantasy show writing contests and get writers to actively participate
3. Problem solving: Be the go-to support for writers – resolve their queries, guide them on submissions, and ensure a smooth contest experience
4. Content success enablement: Share insights and tips to help writers improve their stories, so they perform well on retention and reader engagement metrics
5. Monetization guidance: Help writers understand the financial benefits of participating in contests and how their creativity can be rewarding
