About the Internship
As a Company Secretary (CS) intern at Polo Towers Group, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate governance and compliance within the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include:1. Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as annual reports and board meeting minutes.
2. Supporting the CS in maintaining statutory registers and ensuring compliance with company laws and regulations.
3. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during board meetings.
4. Conducting research on industry best practices and assisting in the implementation of corporate governance policies.
5. Assisting in the management of shareholder communications and ensuring timely responses to queries.
6. Supporting in the organization of training sessions and workshops for board members and key stakeholders.
7. Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment with company policies and procedures.
