About the Internship
If you’ve got a flair for content creation, a sharp eye for trends, and the drive to bring ideas to life, this is for you! You’ll be working on everything from reels, campaign ideation, content calendars, and community engagement to experimenting with fresh ideas that shape our digital presence.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Content ideation & creation:
1. Develop fresh, engaging content ideas tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
2. Design high-quality creatives using Canva (reels, carousels, posts, and stories).
3. Bonus: Ability to assist with shoots and content creation (photography, styling, or short-form videos)
B. Social media management:
1. Assist in building and maintaining a monthly content calendar.
2. Ensure consistent brand tone, premium aesthetics, and timely execution across platforms.
C. Influencer collaboration:
1. Scout and recommend suitable influencers/creators aligned with the brand's identity.
2. Support outreach and coordination for collaborations.
D. Email & ad support:
1. Help design emailers with clear, polished communication.
2. Ideate creatives and copy directions for performance marketing ads.
E. Community & brand building:
1. Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and emails.
2. Contribute to strengthening the brand's digital presence with a focus on premium positioning.
F. Team collaboration:
1. Work closely with a small, cohesive team to bring ideas to life.
2. Share inputs and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
