About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Creating, scheduling, and managing posts across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
2. Writing engaging captions, short-form content, and micro-stories tailored for Gen Z and professional audiences.
3. Designing or coordinating with the design team to create visually appealing creatives, reels, and carousels.
4. Monitoring social media trends, memes, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
5. Assisting in content planning, brainstorming, and building monthly social media calendars.
6. Tracking post-performance and preparing weekly engagement reports.
7. Managing community interactions—replying to comments, DMs, and engaging with followers.
8. Supporting ad campaigns by drafting copy and coordinating creatives.
9. Repurposing blog content, newsletters, and event updates into snackable social media content.
10. Collaborating with the marketing and business development team to align content with campaigns and brand goals.
