About the Internship
As a Social Media Intern at PCS ABHYAAS, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community of aspirants. Your work will help us reach a wider audience and create a supportive digital environment for students preparing for state civil services exams.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Content Creation & Curation:
1. Develop Creative Posts: Design and write engaging social media content (posts, images, videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with aspirants.
2. Content Calendar Management: Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Curate Informative Posts: Share useful exam tips, motivational quotes, and success stories that inspire and inform our followers.
Community Engagement:
1. Monitor Comments & Messages: Respond promptly to queries from students, parents, and followers on various social media platforms.
2. Engage with Followers: Actively like, comment, and share relevant posts from the community, partners, and other civil services-related pages.
3. Host Q&A Sessions: Occasionally host live Q&A sessions on Instagram or Facebook to engage directly with aspirants and provide exam tips or guidance.
Research & Trend Monitoring:
1. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep track of trending topics, hashtags, and relevant news in the education and civil services domain to ensure our content stays relevant.
2. Analyze Competitor Strategies: Research how other civil services coaching centers or education-based organizations engage with their followers and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Support:
1. Support Promotional Campaigns: Assist in the execution of social media campaigns aimed at promoting new courses, webinars, or special offers.
2. Collaborate on Contests & Giveaways: Help plan and execute contests, challenges, or giveaways that encourage user participation and promote brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting:
1. Track Engagement Metrics: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) to measure engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness of content.
2. Prepare Weekly Reports: Provide regular updates on social media performance and insights on areas for improvement.
Collaborative Teamwork:
1. Team Meetings: Attend regular team meetings to discuss content ideas, ongoing campaigns, and feedback on social media performance.
2. Brainstorming Sessions: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas and strategies for increasing engagement and visibility.
Brand Advocacy:
Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure that all social media content maintains PCS ABHYAAS’ tone and voice—friendly, informative, and professional.
Promote Events: Assist in promoting webinars, workshops, or any offline events related to the civil services exam preparation.
