About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Content Strategy & Planning:
1. Ability to craft engaging narratives around athletes, matches, and brand milestones
2. Experience building content calendars aligned with campaign goals
B. Platform Expertise:
1. Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Reels
2. Knows what works on each platform - timing, format, hashtags, and trends
C. Video Editing & Design:
1. Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
2. Can quickly produce match highlights, athlete reels, and branded overlays
D. Community Engagement:
1. Skilled in responding to comments, DMs, and reposts to build fan loyalty
2. Experience managing athlete or brand accounts with high interaction
E. Analytics & Monetization:
1. Ability to track views, shares, conversions, and optimize content accordingly
2. Familiarity with affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, and ad revenue model
