About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Content Generation: Develop and write scripts (approximately 400 words) that break down complex topics into simple, relatable narratives.
2. Research and Analysis: Take raw information and extract the most important facts, critical insights, and opposing viewpoints.
3. Narrative Building: Weave facts, statistics, and expert opinions into a compelling story with a clear emotional arc.
4. Hook Creation: Craft multiple direct and attention-grabbing hooks for each script that are designed to capture a viewer's interest in the first 3 seconds.
5. Tone Management: Maintain a conversational, friendly, and informal tone throughout the script, consistently using "tum" and "tumhara" to create a direct connection with the audience.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure scripts align with the channel's specific goals and are factually accurate.
7. Adaptability: Be prepared to revise scripts based on feedback and adapt to new information or changing trends.
8. Storytelling Excellence: Exceptional writing and creative storytelling skills with the ability to make dry or technical information engaging.
9. Research Proficiency: A strong ability to conduct thorough research and identify the core issues, controversies, and hidden patterns within a given topic.
10. Audience Empathy: A deep understanding of what resonates with a mass audience. You must be able to appeal to their curiosity, emotions, and common sense.
11. Language Fluency: Exceptional command of Hinglish, with the ability to write in a simple, colloquial, and impactful style.
12. Digital Savvy: An understanding of what makes content go viral on short-form platforms, including the importance of hooks, pacing, and calls to action.
13. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all facts are accurate and strictly adhere to the provided source material.
