About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Creative Design (Daily/Weekly)
1) Support the team in creating social media creatives (Instagram, Amazon A+ Content, Ads).
2) Work on Amazon Brand Store banners, infographics, and catalogues.
3) Assist in designing POSM (shelf talkers, danglers, standees) for retail.
4) Adapt global design inspiration into Happa’s playful, parent-friendly design language.
B. Packaging Design (Weekly Projects)
1) Help in developing and adapting packaging concepts (pouches, boxes, honey jars, saffron packs).
2) Explore mockups → digital renders + physical samples.
3) Assist in creating packaging communication systems (nutritional highlights, icons, seals).
C. Photography (Weekly)
1) Assist in setting up and executing product and farm photography (flat lays, lifestyle, pack shots).
2) Work with props, natural light, and basic studio setups for various kinds of videos relevant for social media.
3) Help retouch/edit photos for social media & e-commerce platforms.
D. Videography (Weekly/Monthly)
1) Support in shooting short-form videos (7–30 seconds) for social media & ads.
2) Work with the marketing team on concept-to-execution: storyboarding, filming, editing.
3) Assist with reels like recipe videos, founder stories, and brand moments.
