About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Ideate & plan content:
A. Brainstorm short-form video concepts aligned with the brand voice
B. Research trends, hooks, and formats on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
2. Write scripts & outlines:
A. Draft engaging scripts or talking points for founder-led or brand videos
B. Use storytelling techniques to capture attention in the first 3 seconds
3. Shoot videos:
A. Record content using a smartphone or camera — either behind or in front of the camera
B. Direct shoots involving founders or collaborators when needed
4. Edit short-form videos:
A. Use tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut to edit content
B. Add captions, animations, sound effects, and transitions to enhance engagement
5. Publish & optimize content:
A. Upload videos to platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X) with optimized captions, hashtags, and thumbnails
B. Track performance and experiment with timing and formats
6. Collaborate with founders:
A. Turn raw insights or ideas from founders into polished content
B. Join brainstorming calls or review sessions for feedback and strategy alignment
7. Maintain a content system:
A. Organize assets, edits, and drafts
8. Stay on top of trends:
A. Regularly consume content in the creator/startup space
B. Share content inspiration and propose new formats or directions
