About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to join our team. The role will involve assisting in handling customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensuring that every customer receives a smooth, supportive, and professional experience. This internship will provide hands-on experience in managing customer communications and developing problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns across multiple channels, including emails, chats, and phone calls.
Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to customer issues.
Document customer interactions and feedback to ensure proper follow-ups and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Assist in creating FAQs, help guides, and support documentation to improve customer experience.
Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve service delivery.
