About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handling inbound and outbound calls with users seeking legal consultation.
2. Listening to client requirements and guiding them through consultation packages.
3. Assisting in connecting users with suitable lawyers based on their issue, language, and budget.
4. Recording accurate call notes, feedback, and follow-ups in the system/CRM.
5. Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in every interaction.
