About the Internship
Looking for smart, enthusiastic, and well-groomed Hotel Management interns in Mumbai to gain hands-on experience with a fast-growing South Indian QSR brand!Company Brief:
This is a famous South Indian QSR joint that started in Mumbai during the lockdown and now has over 30 outlets across the city, with a few more in the pipeline. Considering the immense customer love and response in this fast-paced city, we are looking to take the customer experience to the next level. This internship position has been created to gather feedback and enhance the overall dining experience.
Role Brief:
This intern will be responsible for gathering customer experiences, pacifying customers if needed, auditing all processes as per the checklist provided, and coordinating with the outlet Incharge.
Location: Mumbai Airport, Airoli Mindspace, Mulund, Ghatkopar, Sion, Matunga
No. of Positions: 8 (at least 1 at each location)
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with customers to ensure they have a delightful dining experience.
2. Handle and resolve customer concerns on the spot with professionalism.
3. Conduct daily audits using checklists (kitchen hygiene, wastage control, order delivery & customer service).
4. Learn the operational flow of a fast-paced food chain.
