About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1) Attending to the Client's calls and addressing all their software queries on time.
2) Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
3) Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients.
4) Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software.
5) Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team.
6) Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues.
7) Conducting research on the potential Client's database as per the requirement.
