About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handling customer queries primarily on WhatsApp, along with Instagram and email support.
2. Responding promptly to messages and addressing product inquiries, order status updates, and basic troubleshooting in a polite and professional manner.
3. Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication and following brand tone guidelines.
4. Escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.
5. Recording common customer queries for process improvement.
6. Assisting in managing follow-ups.
7. Providing regular updates to the team on customer feedback trends to enhance the overall customer experience.
