About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Interact with customers on daily basis and share information as needed.
2. Run advertising campaigns (email/WhatsApp) ongoing offers, deals, product launches, loyalty programs to customers via digital media using available marketing content and company portals.
3. Coordinate with other departments to reply to customers in a time-bound manner.
4. Generate & maintain customer master from data from e-commerce channels, and digital sales orders.
5. Understand and continuously train themselves under guidance of line manager about company products & policies.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in a client or consumer facing role (full time/part time).
2. Good command on English, Hindi & Marathi.
3. Working knowledge of MS-Office tools & basic computer skills.
4. Ability to take ownership of their work.
5. Curiosity to investigate and solve problems.
