About the Internship
At Suqah, we’re looking for a 'Customer Support Intern' who can balance empathy with efficiency. This role is all about making sure our customers feel heard, understood, and taken care of while keeping things organized behind the scenes.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Responding to customer queries across email, WhatsApp, and DMs.
2. Coordinating with the Returns & Exchange intern for smooth resolutions.
3. Answering doubts quickly, clearly, and politely.
4. Knowing how to close conversations professionally.
5. Tracking orders and maintaining accurate records on Google Sheets/Excel.
