About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Reach out to customers via phone to encourage them to share authentic reviews on e-commerce marketplaces.
2. Build rapport and engage customers in meaningful conversations while ensuring a positive brand impression.
3. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and review targets.
4. Handle objections and ensure smooth customer interactions.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
6. Use calling tools effectively for outreach and performance tracking.
7. Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to drive customer satisfaction and review generation.
