About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Making outbound calls to customers who have registered with the company.
2. Communicating fluently in Marathi and Gujarati (mandatory).
3. Assisting customers in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam (if known – preferred).
4. Explaining company services, answering queries, and providing necessary support.
5. Maintaining call records and updating customer details in the system.
6. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
7. Coordinating with the internal team for smooth customer support.
