Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Address customer inquiries and concerns via email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring timely and effective communication.
2. Follow up with customers post-delivery to collect feedback on their experience and identify common issues.
3. Strengthen relationships with satisfied customers by encouraging them to share reviews, testimonials, or social media posts.
4. Monitor customer service activities and provide suggestions to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
