About the Internship
As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Niviverse Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with customers. Proficiency in MS-Excel will also be necessary for organizing and analyzing customer data.Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
2. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
5. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze customer data for reporting purposes
6. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
