About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handling customer queries and concerns via email and voice calls, addressing issues related to signup, cancellation, refunds, incoming SMS verification, basic sales, KYC & phone number activations, and basic phone number requirement queries
2. Documenting all customer interactions and progress status accurately in our customer relationship management system
3. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions
4. Following up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution
5. Striving to deliver personalized, exceptional customer support that exceeds customer expectations
6. Proactively identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through dedicated support
7. Acting as a valuable conduit between customers and our development teams by sharing customer inputs, suggestions, and feedback to contribute to product and service improvements
8. Collaborating with the team by sharing knowledge and insights gained from customer interactions
9. Contributing to blog posts and discussions on best practices and innovations in customer support
