2. Provide quick, clear, and professional replies to customer requests.
3. Redirect or escalate technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
4. Ensure immediate responses to customers to improve engagement and drive faster conversions.
5. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in all communications.
6. Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning to improve skills and customer handling.
