About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Onboarding & Support:
1. Assisting in onboarding new customers, including helping with setup and training sessions.
2. Supporting customer teams (fleet managers, supervisors) in adopting Eywa's modules.
3. Documenting FAQs and common issues to make onboarding smoother.
B. Customer Engagement:
1. Joining customer calls and site visits with the Eywa team.
2. Helping gather feedback from users and summarizing it for the product team.
3. Tracking usage and adoption metrics, ensuring customers are actively using the platform.
C. Value Demonstration:
1. Collecting operational data (fuel efficiency, downtime, utilization) and helping analyze ROI.
2. Creating simple reports and dashboards to communicate impact to customers.
3. Supporting renewal and upsell efforts with clear value stories.
