About the Internship
An ideal candidate would be someone from a business administration background who has the skills and interest to build a career in post-sales or customer success roles, and enjoys working directly with clients and coordinating with internal teams to deliver the best results for the client.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Coordinating with internal teams to track and update the current campaign status.
2. Coordinating with the CS team to understand the client’s directives.
3. Maintaining a healthy process flow and workflow with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
4. Ensuring that client specifications are well understood by internal teams.
5. Launching campaigns once received from the client or internal customer success teams.
6. Keeping proper and effective track of deliverables and other details as specified in the campaign details and timelines.
