About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Data & dashboards: Build and update pacing sheets, REVPAP trackers, and OTA pickup summaries
2. Pricing support: Assist in reviewing base price, min price, orphan gaps, and stay rules across PriceLabs
3. OTA performance monitoring: Pull Airbnb/Booking.com data to check impressions, conversion %, and listing visibility
4. Competitive benchmarking: Support MPI audits, price position checks, and compset tracking in AirDNA/PriceLabs
5. New launch support: Help track first 30-day revenue KPIs for new properties
6. Reporting: Assist in weekly CEO reporting with visual summaries and insights
7. Projects: Own 1 mini-project (e.g., pricing A/B test tracker, conversion audit, KPI dashboard cleanup)
