About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Data collection & management:
A. Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from internal platforms, CRMs, and external partners
B. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across sources
2. Performance analysis:
A. Analyze key metrics like container reuse rates, fill ratios, cost efficiency, fleet utilization, and engagement
B. Provide actionable insights to enhance logistics planning and team performance
3. Reporting & visualization:
A. Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau
B. Translate complex data into clear formats for leadership and functional teams
4. Predictive analytics & automation:
A. Develop forecasting models to anticipate trends, demand patterns, and resource needs
B. Support automation initiatives such as platform alerts, route optimization, and lead scoring
5. Cross-functional collaboration:
A. Work with sales, operations, product, and tech teams to turn data into business solutions
B. Convert business challenges into measurable, data-backed solutions
6. Process improvement:
A. Identify data flow inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements
B. Design SOPs and reusable templates for consistent data management and reporting
