About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Entering patient demographics, appointment details, and radiology test requests into the hospital/clinic management system (HMS/RIS/PACS).
2. Accurately inputting radiology reports as dictated or shared by radiologists.
3. Ensuring correctness of billing entries for diagnostic tests, scans, and procedures.
4. Maintaining and updating digital and physical records of patients and investigations.
5. Cross-checking data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies in coordination with radiology technicians, radiologists, and the front desk team.
6. Tracking pending reports and updating system records once completed.
7. Supporting front office staff with patient registration and report dispatch when required.
