We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Labeller to accurately classify, tag, and organize information from application forms and ledger entries. The role involves extracting, verifying, and labeling key details — such as names and addresses — to ensure records are complete, consistent, and easily searchable.
Key Responsibilities
Review application forms and ledger entries.
Accurately extract and label names, addresses, and other relevant data fields.
Verify and cross-check extracted data against existing records for accuracy.
Apply standard naming conventions and tagging protocols provided by the organization.
Flag incomplete, unclear, or duplicate entries for review.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with data protection policies.
Provide regular updates on progress and report any data inconsistencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Familiarity with data entry, tagging, or labelling tools (basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency required).
Ability to follow structured guidelines and classification standards.
Good written communication skills in English (knowledge of local language preferred).
Prior experience in data labelling, data entry, or record management is an advantage.
High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with administrative or official records.
Familiarity with structured data labelling systems.
