About the Internship
As a Performance Marketing Intern at Pure Cosmeceuticals Private Limited, you will work directly on ad campaigns for our skincare brands (LAB91 and Truth & Beauty). This is a hands-on internship for someone who’s curious about paid growth and wants to learn how brands scale through Meta and Google Ads.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in setting up and optimizing Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads
2. Help monitor and improve ROAS, CTR, and CAC performance
3. Conduct competitor ad analysis and audience research
4. Write basic copy for ads and landing pages
5. Collaborate with the content and creative team for campaign assets
6. Maintain daily/weekly reports on campaign performance
7. Learn to manage budgets, A/B tests, and media buying strategy
