About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Joining the daily stand-up; updating tasks and priorities.
2. Maintaining the content calendar; drafting captions and scheduling posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) via company tools.
3. Executing campaigns under guidance: setting up audiences and budgets, monitoring results, and suggesting quick optimizations.
4. Writing short-form copy (social posts, CTAs, basic landing copy) aligned with weekly themes.
5. Tracking KPIs daily in a shared sheet (reach, CTR, link clicks, sign-ups) using GA4, Search Console, and UTMs.
6. Preparing simple reports (daily highlights plus a weekly summary with insights and next steps).
7. Managing the community by replying to comments and DMs using approved responses; escalating leads and support queries.
8. Scanning competitors and trends by logging three ideas per day for posts or reels based on trends and maritime topics.
9. Coordinating assets by briefing the designer and organizing creatives in Drive (naming/version control).
10. Supporting email and WhatsApp campaigns with list segmentation, A/B testing of subject lines, and sending via company tools.
11. Keeping a tidy content and asset library; ensuring all files are tagged and retrievable.
12. Managing in-app content.
13. Creating basic assets in Canva and Figma, and short reels (cutting, subtitling, adjusting aspect ratios).
14. Creating videos using Illustrator and After Effects.
