About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Market Research & Targeting
1. Research and segment potential target accounts using LinkedIn, CRM, and other data sources
2. Build and maintain prospect databases for outreach campaigns
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
1. Assist in designing and executing outbound email marketing campaigns
2. Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and recommend improvements
3. Support creation of personalized outreach templates and nurture sequences
Collaboration & Strategy
1. Work closely with the Senior Sales Leader to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and messaging
2. Assist in developing thought-leadership content for outreach and social selling
3. Coordinate with marketing team to align campaigns with brand positioning
Analytics & Reporting
1. Monitor KPIs for email and lead-gen campaigns, and prepare weekly reports
2. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve conversion rates
