About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):
1. Assist in designing ad creatives (static, carousel, and short videos).
2. Write ad copies aligned with the campaign objective.
3. Monitor daily ad performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and share quick updates.
4. Suggest optimization ideas (audience, budget allocation, creatives).
B. Social Media Management:
1. Plan and post daily/alternate-day content on Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin
2. Engage with followers (reply to comments, DMs).
3. Track competitor social media activities and share insights.
4. Maintain a weekly content calendar.
C. Google Ads:
1. Assist in running search, display, and shopping campaigns.
2. Research relevant keywords and negative keywords.
3. Monitor ad spend vs. conversions daily.
4. Provide weekly reports with recommendations.
D. General Marketing & E-commerce Support:
1. Brainstorm new campaign ideas (sales, festivals, F1 races, product drops).
2. Create email campaigns/newsletters.
3. Coordinate with design/ops team for product launch campaigns.
4. Track website analytics (Google Analytics/Shopify dashboard) and highlight trends.
5. Suggest influencer collaborations and outreach ideas.
