About the Internship
In this role, you will assist in media outreach, social media management, content creation, and user engagement. You will help build media lists, track events and awards, coordinate leadership submissions, manage editorial calendars, and support marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in PR, marketing, and brand communications.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Media & PR support:
1. Curate media contacts aligned with CambrianEdge.ai’s products and brand.
2. Build segmented lists for product launches, news, and specific campaigns.
3. Research and track upcoming award deadlines, event opportunities, and speaking slots. Coordinate leadership submissions, timelines, and application materials.
4. Identify, initiate, and document platform/group/partnership opportunities for brand expansion.
5. Support in crafting briefing notes and outreach templates.
B. Content & social media management:
1. Own the pre-existing editorial calendar, content creation, and post scheduling across all CE social media channels.
2. Engage with industry conversations and trending topics to promote CambrianEdge.ai thought leadership.
C. User engagement & support:
1. Assist with onboarding new beta users: content preparation, scheduling, and first-touch follow-ups.
2. Collect, organize, and report on user feedback and engagement data.
3. Coordinate across departments to resolve issues and surface recurring themes.
D. Campaigns & marketing assets:
1. Package user successes as case studies and testimonials for campaigns.
2. Support data hygiene for reference customers in CRM.
