About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1.Content Creation & Scheduling
Assist in creating content for social media posts, reels, and stories.
Write engaging captions and hashtags tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later.
2.Social Media Management
Monitor comments and DMs on social media accounts and engage where needed.
Track performance of posts (likes, reach, engagement).
Help in organizing contests, polls, or campaigns.
3.Ad Campaign Assistance
Assist in setting up Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads campaigns.
Help in researching audience targeting options.
Monitor basic metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversions under supervision.
4.SEO & Website Support
Conduct keyword research for blog posts and website content.
Assist in optimizing on-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags).
Help in uploading content to WordPress or other CMS platforms.
5.Graphic & Video Collaboration
Coordinate with the design team for creatives.
Suggest ideas for visual content that aligns with campaign goals.
Assist in short video edits for reels or ads using Canva, CapCut, or other basic tools.
6.Email Marketing
Draft newsletters or email templates.
Manage email lists and update subscriber segments.
Track open rates and click-through rates from campaigns.
7.Market Research
Research competitor campaigns and strategies.
Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and industry news.
Collect data from similar brands for inspiration.
8.Reporting & Documentation
Maintain performance reports for ads, social media, and content.
Document campaign learnings and update internal trackers.
Prepare summaries for team meetings.
9.Team Collaboration
Attend daily or weekly stand-up/team calls.
Take notes, share progress, and ask questions.
Communicate effectively with team leads and report any blockers.
